Before a student is able to practice and play in August each player must have their UIL paperwork and physical form completed. Below you will find the steps to completing these.
1. Login or create a Rank One account: https://rankone.com/
2. For first time users, you will need the student-athlete last name (as it appears on school documents) and student id#.
3. Fill out all 6 forms.
4. The status of all forms should change to "complete" once done.
5. If your forms are not complete, you will not eligible to begin practice in September until everything has been submitted.
We are not accepting any hard copies of UIL completion forms. Hard copies of physical are accepted.
