Hello Everyone,
Welcome to the Viper Athletics Website!
First Day of Practice
At the middle school level we cannot start before the first day that kids are on campus. This year that day is August 8th. On August 9th 7th grade athletes need to arrive at school as a regular school day by 7:45 am and transition to the Athletics hallway for 1st period athletics once dismissed from breakfast. They do not have practice before school on that day only. This day will mainly be for collection of physcials, Rankone verification, equipment pass out and locker assignments. Those athletes with completed paperwork and physicals will have a work out so they will need to bring their workout clothes (black shorts and black compression shirt or t-shirt) and football cleats. This will be day 1 of their 5 day acclimization period. 8th grade athletes will workout on this day and also receive equipment and locker assignments if they have not already received them. We will end at 5:00 pm on this day.
Practice
- Football participants for 7th grade will practice in the mornings at 6:450 am, athletes need to be dressed and on the field at 6:30 am.
- Football participants for 8th grade will end practice at 5:15 pm, on most days, depending on the Varsity football schedule and additional duties.
