First Day of Practice
At the middle school level we cannot start before the first day that kids are on campus.This year that day is August 8th. On August 12th 7th grade athletes will not have morning practice and do not need to arrive before school on that day only. *(You will not receive equipment if you have not completed your Rank One online forms and are not cleared with a sports physical). This day will mainly be for equipment pass, online form verification, and locker assignments. All eligible 7th grade athletes will have a practice/workout during the athletics period on that day so you will still need to bring football cleats and workout clothes, (black shorts, white t-shirt). 8th grade athletes will workout on the first day (August 10th) this day will consist of them also receiving lockers and equipment after practice if they have not already received it. We will end at 5:00 pm on that day. Until your ordered workout gear arrives. All athletes will wear a white shirt and black shorts for practice. *Practice times can be altered due to heat and weather conditions.
Entry
-All athletes will enter at the doors labeled #17 in the back of the school facing the football field.
Practice
- Football participants for 7th grade will practice in the mornings starting at 6:45 am, athletes need to be dressed and on the field 6:30 am.
- Football participants for 8th grade will end practice by 5:15 pm
Physicals, and Rank One online forms
Physicals for (7th graders and incoming 8th graders not in athletics last year) and Rank One online forms are due no later than Monday August 19th.

Note: Additional Football Equipment
For your own comfort level and in order to speed up the amount of time for kids to dress and undress during football we strongly recommend that you get a 5-7pad girdle of your own that is worn under their practice pants that we supply along with the knee pads we’ll give them.
