Little D Classic Recap

The Bengals hosted the 6th annual Little D Classic last Saturday at North Lakes Park in Denton. The varsity boys started the meet off with a strong performance. Sophomore Aleksandr Acuna finished second overall while junior Joseph Arrona finished 6th. The team placed second overall with personal records being set by Aleksandr Acuna, Luke Lopez, Christian Davenport, Isaiah Forgey, and Spencer Lawson.
The varsity girls finished 5th overall and were led by Macy Wingard who finished in first place with a time of 17:36. Freshman Kylie Acuna placed 4th overall continuing to show major gains. Chloe Sanchez, Kylie Sonday, Caia Wilson, and Nia Bakari all set new personal records to finish up another strong week by the Lady Bengals.
The Bengals will be off this week before going back to The Buff for the district warmup on October 6th. Results for Saturday can be found at the link below.
